Contempt or Artistic Whimsy?

Not so much over heard, but seen: three separate people going in to traffic court wearing pajama bottoms. As in: pink with poodles, red with Santas sort of pajama bottoms.

Woman follows me in to the lady's room outside traffic court, while she is holding a laptop and conducting a skype conversation. This is creepy in itself so I went to a stall well away from her and her camera lens. She continued to hold the laptop, enter a stall, and kept talking the entire time she was using the facilities. Eyuuuuu.
