My office window opens onto the Traffic Court parking lot. I can't make this stuff up. I really heard it.

Contempt or Artistic Whimsy?
Not so much over heard, but seen: three separate people going in to traffic court wearing pajama bottoms. As in: pink with poodles, red with Santas sort of pajama bottoms.
